Major expansion of a Swiss company's U.S. headquarters in Danbury, CT, this project called for renovation of the firm's existing 40,000 sf one-story building and design of a new 40,000 sf one-story addition. Primary features of the expansion / renovation project included a new Testing Lab Facility, new Training Room Facility with sophisticated audio/visual capabilities, new Training Facility Lounge, new employee Cafeteria facility, expanded warehouse space, new loading docks, and reconfigured offices.
